Is it safe to say that nothing's going to help you against a dirty Court. I know you don't respond but that's the reality of it isn't it? Sometimes they just go off the rails. I never dreamed they would actually delete records but they will win it's that bad.

Interesting approach.The court appointed administrator lied on their bond application. It was buried in some of the probate records for the case. I guess it would depend on what kind of case it was.

All these documents but can you please show me a U.S. "Treaty of Annexation" for the Hawaiian Kingdom? Of course, you can't because there is none. Only a Treaty can extinguish an internationally recognized nation state and incorporate it into another state. A Joint Resolution used to annex Hawaii is not a Treaty. It is a Congressional act/ internal law of the U.S. and cannot go beyond its borders. The U.S. Constitution is very clear that Congress does not possess the authority to annex foreign territories. It can only admit states into the United States that were previously foreign but had been annexed by Treaty before Congress can admit it into the union as a state. America's control over Hawaii is legally defined as a belligerent occupation in which the laws of occupation and humanitarian law prohibits annexation even if the Hawaiians consented to be annexed, which they did not. Annexation cannot happen until the occupation first comes to an end.

I agree. No treaty, therefore, annexation is non-existent resulting in no statehood. You all are mixing truths with the white supremacists' brainwashing interpretations of the facts. The case re Lance Larson vs. The Hawaiian Kingdom at the Hague is proof that the Hawaiian Kingdom still exists and it is an independent state! Not the 50th state or a part of the US. For the R users out there: popular gov info APIs often have associated R packages as well. Those packages are very helpful if you aren't used to working with APIs, but you are already familiar with R.

14:30 ‐ For anyone that's new to coding, what she says still rings true, but since this video is 4 years old, a lot of advancements have come along(everyday there's something new lol), I would recommend javascript. It's a super easy approach to add logic to your website. NodeJS let's you use javascript in the frontend and backend too. Traversy Media on KZbin is an amazing guide on this (and tons of other languages and project guides).
