The demo is supper🤗🤗 it helps me understand more properly. If possible please add diagrams for each flow in the documents. I am looking token exchange example for microservices service architecture. In my case scopes/roles/authorities are too many, maybe 1000+ 😒managed in JWT which will be a pain please suggest a different approach if any. 😃 Thank you 😃

This is a great presentation on the topic! What Ihor forgot to mentions ist that the *extra-java-module-plugin* would miss a lot of features without his many contributions. 💚

any advantage on using SpCloud Contract instead of Pact for consumer driven contracts? why SpCloud Contract documentation is so much more oriented around Producer Driven Contract approach?

- Repent ye. And you will have peaceful life. Romans 6, 23: For the wages of sin is death; but the gift of God is eternal life through Jesus Christ our Lord. - Jesus Christ loves you. John 3, 16: For God so loved the world, that he gave his only begotten Son, that whosoever believeth in him should not perish, but have everlasting life. Mark 1, 15: And saying, The time is fulfilled, and the kingdom of God is at hand: repent ye, and believe the gospel. Matthew 11, 28 : Come unto me, all ye that labour and are heavy laden, and I will give you rest. drive.google.com/file/d/1hUORJDmHe1McnLmSe9GPjm3dxlM-zucQ/view?usp=sharing

Hi. one question for the first simple example, how does the client side have access to the generated code? I don't see you generate the code from the proto file for the client. Thanks
@yanao7879
@yanao7879 4 жыл бұрын
The code from the .proto file is generated after you build (mvn package in terminal), under "target" folder. Under target->generated-sources->protobuf you have 2 folders: the java and grpc-java folders. Under java->[java_package name from .proto] you get the auto-generated classes returning message, and under grpc-java->[java_package name] the auto-generated grpc service. Both the client and the server know these classes, they are the interface for their communication

I'm not a Java guy, so please forgive the naive question. You implemented Functor as an interface templatized for a given type constructor. Does that mean you have an indirection (like a vtable lookup) each time you call something in the interface?
