Nice place, how much is the asking price? When was it built? how close to town? And how much for taxes?

Hi... Main house was built in 2002... garage building was completed in late 2021 early 2022. About 13 minutes to town anf the taxes are $4821 per year. Thanks for reaching out! Erik.
