The best Queensland track by far! Development on this surface back in the 80s and 90s was American spec stuff. Many a million spent over time had made Archerfield Speedway an international track. Such a shame development for housing pushed it out, especially considering there's an airport next door, oh also the speedway was built in industrial land 1st!! Bloody money hey.😡 I loved seeing another international perspective on this once beautifully brutal perfect speedway, and I guarantee it'll live on forever in millions of people's memories 👍🍻 Ps.. this place would've held 15 000 if they opened the gates in the 80s n early 90s!!! Only licensed for about 5 000? Dunno exactly, but I witnessed Australia v America super sedans in the late 80s/early 90s there, and it was the most brutal, expensive, heated series I've ever seen over many years!👍😡🤘🤣 amazing racing.

It sickens me that that place kept going through management and was ultimately bulldozed a couple months ago. I spent a lot of time there since groundbreaking night. RIP Saguaro Speedway, USA raceway and whatever else it was named...😢

I agree, Ron Krog is the announcer and he is fantastic. He also does Viking Speedway and I94 in Fergus Falls.

My son is #007 has won 2nd place 3 times since he first started, he's gunnin for first!! Next race is in Riverton Wyoming on June 1st!!!

You are missing the Grant County Fairgrounds in Lancaster, Wi. They have a very nice racetrack, for now, one race a year. It occurs on the 3rd Wednesday of August every year, if it doesn't rain. It's the opening night of their fair.
