First? Sorry to bother but what *is* growth hacking? I stumbled onto this on my shorts feed and havent seen anything related so i thought I'd ask

Hi Don, thanks for looking at it and your question. Growth hacking is a way in which businesses can 'experiment' with ways to improve their sales, marketing and/or product at a rapid pace. It's about doing many A/B tests in rapid succession. Most of the time this is done by startups and marketers. Hope it clarifies it and that the YT algorithm showed you relevant content with this :)

Hi Dennis, good question. The best ideas for businesses solve a problem for a specific group of people. If you keep this in mind with your idea, you'll find the audience to talk to.

You can lower the risk by doing proper research into your audience, testing if they are interested in your product/service, getting that audience to pay for your product, and finally ensuring that they want to keep using your product/service. If you can show those 4 results to potential investors, they will know that you've put in the work, but also that the idea has validated potential. This is something that lowers the risk.
