You totally missed the Opportunity in the Bipolar 1 market for Fanapt which is MUCH BIGGER than the schizophrenia market. There are many switchers in the bipolar 1 market due to efficacy and side effects. The side effect profile of Fanapt is quite mild and therefore Fanapt has proven to be quite sticky with the Schizophrenia patients. They just started marketing Fanapt in the BP1 market in July. This is going to be quite profitable for VNDA as a far larger percentage of patients in the BP1 market are commercial patients as opposed to about 45% of the patients in schizophrenia being on medicaid and far less profitable. Watch VNDA do very well when Fanapt takes off in BP1. Watch their recent fireside chat for your information straight from the CEO.

Saw this news below few days ago, bought some and share price still drop, sigh ~ An approval decision can now be expected for lovo-cel or lovotibeglogene autotemcel before the Prescription Drug User Fee Act (PDUFA) goal date of 20 December 2023. If greenlit, it will be bluebird bio’s third FDA-approved gene therapy, adding to Zynteglo (betibeglogene autotemce) and Skysona (elivaldogene autotemcel) for the treatment of thalassemia and cerebral adrenoleukodystrophy, respectively.

Happy with Elite's earnings results from the most recent quarter ended June 30, 2024. The conference call details this morning were upbeat and encouraging. However, with over 1.1 billion shares outstanding, the share price did not respond favorably. Still incredibly optimistic going forward though. Thanks, as always, for your video. I agree if CMS can be resolved then SP should be over $10. Also until HR5074 passes the SP is likely to go sideways. However, I believe that sales of Xphosah will continue to grow rapidly with private insurers covering 45% of people on dialysis. I believe that in the next 2 years we will see a Buy Out at over $20 per share.

Both good questions, if it wasn't a serious issue the FDA would not contact them about a minor issue. Anything not show stopping wont get communication The 2nd question is alot more complicated as it could be several things, 1. The FDA called after rejecting all the offers, the board sees a possible CRL as not an issue in the long term (I am still long term bullish), or the board might want to keep collecting a paycheck, based on some of the data the board doesnt own alot of shares, so they don't have any incentive for selling

No, so the PLI (Pre-licensing inspection) and PAI (Pre-Approval inspection) are different, but there is some overlap with them, The PLI is to ensure the product is made the way that is stated in the application. The PAI is going to check your quality control and systems, manf issues and deviations, ext.

Can you explain how you're "going to play it" based on what you've projected? Likely approval+ likely dilution. what do you plan to do?

So I own shares now, on approval I will most likely sell half, then wait for the stock to dip or the dilution to occur, at which time I will buy the same I sold, so I end up having the same amount of shares with extra cash. I will also play puts on approval (if it makes sense price wise) to max chances for $$$$. Now a few things before that, If we see an epic stock rise, I will sell half because I will assume its a sell the news event. Overall for selling on approval day, 90% of the stocks go down after approval, (for smaller companies), if I sell and it goes up I lose the options but still have half my shares, and since my cost basis is low I still make money on what I sold I hope this helped explain everything

@@michelletadmor8642 Yeah, so they sell shares (normally though a 3rd party broker like Blackrock) which will increase the share count, but with that dilution they will gain extra money. (Example they sell 1M shares @10 - would 10M to the company) Now the price is unknown, mostly on approval companies go up in stock price, then they will sell X amount of shares at a price that's below the current stock price. (Example stock goes to 15, and they sell shares at 10)

Looks good I'm a fan of contra and this game what the real contra fan wanted from a long time sadly the new contra operation galuga was bad I didn't liked it but this game what I can say it's amazing it's a masterpiece it's contra done right I will get it when it's on Nintendo switch hope it got the 30 life thing in the full game plus I wish that you can change the color of the splattered blood to grean or pink, purple in the option.😊

I understand ARDX thoughts, about trying to make it more available , but they shouldnt have to, I believe it will hurt future drug prospects for all companies, so my hope is there enough to push it through
