Ty for introducing me to this game! Tried it out myself and it's really fun! I don't know if you are going to play this game or even the demo version itself but in case you do (or in case anyone who is interested in trying out the game as well) here are some tips: 1: Always use the pause button when you are making split-second decisions, you want to make the best use of the limited time that you have. (Think of where to put certain buildings, where to put the area the king watches based on what resources or troops you need) 2: Make use of every available area of your base, if you need a certain resource, but you don't have many buildings around it, so when the king's area goes over it, you limit the income to your castle (for example 3 out of the 5 watch slots). To solve this issue, just think of building the 'tree', 'small wheat field' and the 'well' in the areas that you are not currently using so you can actually generate some resources that you will actually need. (The well is free, and the other two only cost 25 water) 3: Spend your money on artifacts (or upgrades), not spells. Spells are good for 1 battle, most artifacts are good for the whole game and some provide way better bonuses than 1 spell can do. Upgrades can change your game significantly as well, like upgrading your wheat farm or sawmill for production or upgrading your most used troops. Sure, there are some situations in were you need good spells to defeat a certain enemy (think of the goblin king you faced, or the dragon king at the end of this demo). But for most of the game, the troops will do enough (even for orange prophecies if u know what ur doing). 4: Focus on upgrading the size of what the king can control, it maxes out at 6 squares (at least in this demo), you get a lot out of upgrading it cuz the bigger the king's watch area is, the more you can earn from your buildings. And then some smaller tips: 5: Getting wine from the wheat fields is a great way to boost morale (from the artifact). Morale makes your troops do more dmg (1 morale is 1% more dmg). There are ofc other ways to boost morale and to get the wine, but in the end, morale definitely helps winning battles. 6: (I'm 99% sure about this one but didn't completely confirm it) The trader gives you basically a free building every time it comes around. You just need a certain amount of wood (the amount goes up the longer the game goes on), and if you have reached that certain amount, you can just grab that building for free. So it does not consume any wood, you just need to have that amount of wood and you can take it. Of course, you will learn all of these tips by just playing the game, I'm just posting this here in case you want to have a good proper first walkthrough of the game. Hope it helped!

Question: yeah I too expect dilution, but, not at the number you stated. Im thinking a higher amount, more like 20 million @ 5 only because, unless I missed something, im expecting them to begin acquisition of added units for production to maximize their current floorplan ability.

If im correct: 25k a pop but they send an application for beeing a novel product. If approved 50% subsidies/grants for health/insurance. Then 12,5k If what they said is correct, because its a estimation. Maybe you right and it 10-15k but if that is true and they get the 50% reducement for insurance. Then ill believe the whole graft market is going to be eaten away very very quicky and then they would need those luna systems.. beginning they had 2 , now 8, if trend continues, few more next year? And people tend to forget that scaling wil reduce price.. also if most product applications are approved the r&d cost will drastically reduced. They already know its safe because its already approved so guessing others will follow suit according to there timeline/milestones The stats i see; (±5%) 77,5% held close by 30-50players 30% shares held by big institutional players like blackrock etc. (Avarage price between 4-5$ between 10nov and 10dec) 15% shares held bij laura, dougan & ayabudge (familytrust for obvious tax reasons. Different price range but they will act like its their bank account) 20% held by sponsor AHAC & partner Fresenius (in since spac start so a lot of value lost) 12,5% held by big individuals like gordon binder (amgen ceo) & gavril yushvaev (russian oligarch) and rest of the smaller insiders and including last dilutions with hc wright and piper and Sandler. (Prices from spac price, 6,50$ Binder, 4,80-6,20 last dilutions) Maybe shares were borrowed out but 21% was in short So if they all hold.. would this not be an illiquid market and shares tend to fly in those environment? Especially after a squeeze? Maybe im to bullish. But i prefer to be little early then late. But i do only trade and invest in common shares on humacyte. Dont forget.. dilution can come even when price is 100% higher. (Tigr brokers as example) Risk of crl or rejection is gone so that is going to be priced in. I dca'd till the bottom. From 2,80 to 5,20 and from 5,20 to 3,20 I think premarket monday its already above 5,50. So if your long term believer. Dont wait to long. My projection is 12$ next.. People were paying 10$ before it was approved.. how long till it above that range because now it is approved. But im more a common stock guy. Wanted to buy some warants/options but i didnt do because if it would take another week many got burned

This is a very large FDA Approval that CKPT received Friday night as the trading hours were ending, and this FDA Approval they received was for a drug superior than Keytruda, which is the # 1 drug on the planet. Here is the kicker. The Short Interest on CKPT is currently at a whopping 16.19% percent! Because this huge news was released late Friday night, the Shorts were blindsided and caught by surprise, and they're stuck in a very severe *Bear Trap*. They're stuck all weekend long. Tomorrow morning, there is an organized Short Squeeze going down. Remember how DRUG recently ran 3000%? This is going to be huge tomorrow morning. Could hit $100 for all I know.

When was the inspection?

The drug has been validated and approved by the FDA, the manufacturing company was the issue that prevented the go ahead for production to the pharma market. So it would seem they want to be in control of their baby. Those issues have most likely been resolved. I do not see how any potential PDUFA approval is being baked into the cost of shares possibly rising. That would be akin to insider trading for those who know what is potentially being baked in. I hear rumblings that they have no sales force standing by, no info on how they plan to market the drug, not set up to be a commercial company, and that they are out of monies. I think the recent warrants solved the monies issue for now. If this stock takes off then the money issue will become moot as will any issues on forming a marketing and sales team thus creating an actual commercial pharma company. It does not take months to set up those sort of things and they may have this waiting in the wings but just keeping it quite. As with damn near every company formed in history they usually are small in the beginning but can grow into giants. Will CKPT become a giant off of just one drug? Doubt it unless it becomes a tier one cancer drug. What interest me more in CKPT is what else do they have in the pipeline for the future. That info is hard to find but I'd bet a dollar to a doughnut they are working on either enhancements or another whole new drug. I have 3500 shares and should CKPT take off, I will be happy. If it remains neutral with slow steady gains, I will be happy. I don't really see any extreme negatives on holding the CKPT shares.
