Hi Janice, That is an interesting fireside you made. This type has to be monitored closely to make sure the fire does not get out of control. I have only seen firesides done with stones (3 or 4) to help contain the fire and for the pot to rest on. Breadfruit and fried fish are the best. For me, the only thing missing is the hot pepper sauce🌶 You are doing well with your content Janice. Just keep it natural and continue to ask God's guidance and He will guide you. Amen. I think SVG mainland got off light the poor grenadines were not so lucky they have been obliterated so much destruction 98% of the houses on Union Island are gone and it’s the same sight on the others, even the two Grenada islands Carriacou and Petite Martinique are completely destroyed and on Carriacou there has been two reported fatalities. As you rightly pointed out the people are resilient and I’m sure they will pull through especially the UK sending assistance two ships already on their way and a French ship already there. I live in the UK as well but my wife is from St.Vincent. Looking at your video the place looks much changed from the last time I was there in 1989. The first time I went there as a young man of 20 years old was in 1974 I don’t know where the time has gone. I hope to return there again next year a spend a couple of months.

I've just come across your channel. I'm living in the UK, and it's so sad to see the damage the hurricane has done to SVG. We are a resilient people, and I'm sure we'll weather this awful storm too. I'm glad there were not too many fatalities 😢

Yeah. I think every country has an issue in disposal but it’s all about the attitude of the people whose doing it. The leaders as well has vital role for imposing the rules and disciplinary measures but everyone has to play their part.
