This makes me cry everytime. Such a powerful song and you can see how much it meant to Hugh and everyone and he couldn’t help but sing that amazing song

DOES ANYONE HAVE ACCESS TO THE ORIGINAL VERSION OF THIS VIDEO????Sadly, this video which was originally one of the most uplifting and inspiring pieces of content ever seen, has been greatly diminished because the choice was made to edit the footage and “punch-in” to tighter shots of Hugh and the various backup singers. Whats been lost is the emotional interaction and priceless reactions that were seen in the original wider coverage. Yes, the original coverage felt somewhat pedestrian from a camera operation standpoint, but the beauty of that wider coverage was that the viewer could see and feel all of the energy in that room as each participant got inspired by the others. The recut robs the viewer of those moments. Seeing Hugh Jackman on a tight closeup doesn’t work because we can no longer see Jeremy Jordan (now a star in his own right) spiritually hand over the reigns to Hugh as Hugh cannot resist jumping in to sing the part (against dr orders), and then both performers get caught up in the emotions of that moment. You can feel that everyone is rooting for Hugh. Its like Steph Curry coming in at the end of a game and snatching victory from the jaws of defeat. Its heroic. As I said, its heartbreaking that these edit choices were made. The video is still nice but it has been drained of 90% of its emotional impact. What used to bring me to tears is now just a nice story, but you can’t feel it any more. Does anyone have access to the original cut???

When humans can do this. Why make war? Seriously. The feel good factor. The joy. THIS is humanity. This is why The Greatest showman and its songs prove humanity is good. We need more of this. From now on…

Notwithstanding Jeremy’s disappointment of not getting the credit or a role in the movie, this workshop was a divine moment. I’m glad it was recorded so the world could experience it.

What I took from The Greatest Showman is. No matter what we look like God created us all. You can't judge a book by its cover. I judge people for what's in their hearts. God bless everyone who worked so hard on THE GREATEST SHOWMAN would the rest of the want to The Greatest Showman 2.

I don't know the guy Jeremy or why everyone is upset about the situation, but let me just ask you all this. Could any of you stand still, hold still, and be silent while watching this song? No, unless you're a paralyzed person. 🤣 I cannot blame Hugh one teeny tiny bit for jumping in and taking his role. You can see it at the beginning, how he's trying so hard to bite his tongue and let Jeremy do it... but honestly, it was lackluster until Hugh took over. The whole room practically erupted at that point! 🎉 I'm sorry for Jeremy, especially if they didn't thank him or credit him properly, but he had to have known that he was just a temporary STAND IN ONLY, only as needed if Hugh couldn't perform. And if Hugh decided last second to perform, so be it. I think Jeremy did a good job taking it nicely and then joining in with the chorus. That was probably hard to swallow but was needed and he did the right thing as graciously as possible. ❤

This is a scene from the behind-the-scenes of the musical movie Hugh Jackman rehearsing the song that they are going to sing in the movie. In the bar with extras and some actors, Zac Efron maybe? The film is starring Hugh Jackman in the leading role.
