If you bought your place, the interest is the only expense and paying off principle is just like saving. Real estate keeps climbing and you build equity. All you are doing right now is paying somebody else's mortgage, 100% rent expense. You look young just move back home, save up. 2200 X 12 = 26,400 X 2 = 52,800. In a couple years you have a down payment.

Please open your window sometime during the day. It you don't open your windows at all ,your apartment will not smell good. People from the outside coming in two appointments will be able to smell the staleness. Before I leave for work everyday I open my window. You can open it a little and you won't feel cold.
