I love the video and thank you for doing it, but I have to admit the part that I was really excited to see you do, to help me, is when you turned the camera off😂 I’m having a problem keeping the wig on when I go to pull the hair up in a ponytail. I understand you not wanting to show that all on camera but I would’ve loved to have seen that because that’s where I’m struggling. This is the first video of yours that I’ve seen so now I’m going to subscribe. Thank you!

I absolutely love the tip however, you can’t see what the wig knots looked like before at all, and you can’t see what they look like after either at all… that probably should’ve been zoomed in times 55,000..

Does it not turn the front lace dark if you spray the front of the wig?
@JesseMSimons2 күн бұрын
It can tint it I usually go very light at the front. If you’re doing this on a wig with visible knots it will actually help hide them as well. You can also use a pencil/ qtip or some other barrier where you don’t want spray to go.

I eat yeast free bread, lots of eggs, fruit (frozen)smoothies no sugar I add collagen powder I get at walmart and it fills me so much. Gives a great boost. And lots LOTS of yogurt Greek style or Yoplait. It helps me. And I walk every other day 1.5 miles. I'm proud of you though love your videos. And keep it up

Is this a silicone spray that doesn't smell?
@JesseMSimons3 күн бұрын
It’s not silicone based but it does protect the hair from friction like a silicone spray would without the heavy product feeling. And yes completely scent free option.

Hi Jesse I just saw this and just started my wig journey but I couldn't find the link at your site for the Wig Passport. Are you still sending that to people? If so, I would like it. Thank you!
The new site is FANTASTIC, so easy to navigate with great photography and production value to add extra magic.. You guys nailed it! I'm on chemo, so I'm trying all kinds of wigs. I'm dying to know where you got the wig on the third page of your website. It is 🔥; grayish/purple with a black ombre part. Are you willing to share, if you remember?

OK THANK YOU!!! I been losing my hair for a few years now, this summer began to come out in clumps. So I began extentions. Now I gave up and shaved my head. Not knowing anything about wigs I bought my first one last month. Tonight I came across your page because I have been trying to learn how to tricks for making them look natural. I have such a small head so they pop up so easy. Money is nill right now due to other reasons so I had to learn to use what I have here at the house. From this video I can so get my wigs to look more natural now. Thank you

You can take very small brush that's used to draw tiny details and use it to precisely paint thin layer of glue on the visible scalp of the parting avoiding placing it on hairs and then use eyeshadow sponge aplicator to press hd eyeshadow eyeshadow intho that glue, then wait till glue dries up and use bigger brush to remove excess powder just like with baking makeup, but it's important to do very thin layer of glue and use hd eyeshadow otherwise it gonna look like dandruff, it also can be used to hide the lace with first applying a piece of tape from the underneath and then doing same steps as with hard front wig, it can be done using super glue but must be done especially carefourly with wig placed on a wig head as it gonna make area treated with super glue hard and set in the shape it was bend during aplication of glue, also I have trick to make fake scalp parting from scratch, first I take piece of double sided tape the lenght I want parting to be, then i lift thin strip of the foil that covers one side of double sided tape and bend that strip exposing a strip of sticky surface with rest of the tape piece covered and then I use nail sizors to cut away that strip of foil and I take one track of hairs and I place it on the tape the way that sewn root of the track is on the foil and only hairs that are coming after that sewn part stick to the exposed strip of tape, then i cut off that sewn part off with nail sizors, if I want it to be resistant I then apply a thin layer of glue on the hairs that now lay flat on the tape, then i fold another strip of the protective foil and repeat previous steps, then i do the same from the other edge of tape as well and i repeat those steps as much as needed depending of the width of the tape and of how wide I want the visible parting scalp to be, then at the end I do same eyeshadow trick on the parting to give it skin color.

Love watching your tutorials. I have a question. I have a Belle Tress wig in marshmallow blonde. Color is way too fake blonde. Contemplating trying to tone it to a beige blonde using sandstone rit dye. Any suggestions or words of wisdom?
@JesseMSimons16 күн бұрын
You would have to probably do more of a dyeing/ dip method to get it to darken up.

Hello! I don't have a heat comb, will a flat iron at a low setting also work to seal the ends??
@JesseMSimons16 күн бұрын
You can use it but be very careful! I don’t like using a flat iron because you’re pressing synthetic fiber between 2 metal plates with little place for the beer to escape so you run a higher chance of damaging the wig.
@jackiethrasher116 күн бұрын
Ok, thank you for your advice. I'll be extra careful when I trim the bangs ❤

Thank you for this tutorial Jesse! I've been wearing wigs for a little while but have wanted to look better and more natural in them, so this seems like it will be a huge help! If you're still answering questions on an older video like this, does this make the wig degrade faster than it normally would? Thank you!!
