Wow, this is so good. I feel like you could honestly make an amazing vid entirely about any one of these four characters to this song, but making one for all of them together is such a cool idea! I think you structure it really beautifully in such a way that it all feels very balanced. I think you match lyrics really really perfectly with the gems in the first half (I especially love the first three "under the surface" moments, particularly Pearl's at 0:45), and then I loooove bringing Steven in on the bridge. The floaty music and more uplifting lyrics fit beautifully with the optimism and playfulness that characterize him throughout the original show, but of course he's just as much a victim of crushing pressure as the rest of them, and your transition into the darker side of his character with the revolving shot at 2:19 is gorgeous. Love that you go into the movie and SU Future, and I got full body chills at 2:52. Really beautifully done!

i’m on my, like, fourth or fifth watch of this at this point(first on KZbin but)-i just keep WATCHING it and enjoying all the tiny details and cool clown designs and aaaah. it’s so fun. it’s SO fun. the blocking is PHENOMENAL especially, everything feels so dramatic. i looove the strife screen

OH DANG!!! Splickedylit its SO GOOD to see your content once again outside of tumblr, I took one look at those teeth, eyes and dimples and was like 'SPLICKEDY'S BACK!'. Seriously though, that a cool animatic, I was absolutely not expecting the /grand/ reveal, my jaw dropped. Very much a 'oh, yeah those guys are /doomed/' moment. The GHB was terrifying by comparison and the tiny trolls next to him were a lovely touch! As was his mock-bow to the Condescension at the end. Every time I watch this i notice more details and it's just so, so cool and you can see that it's full of so much love. Fantastic work!!!!!
