Julie, your story is almost mine. I decided to go home, but at 7 years old, 8, and 9. After the bottle of pills didn't do it, I promised not to again. I found my purpose after 30 years of abuse and resulting complex PTSD. I am better, but lately feel triggered and a deep deep sadness. I appreciate your sharing your story because other than my grandmother, I have had no support. Even now, my family shuns me. When I had my natal chart read in 2022, I was told that my death date was my birth date in this life and that some old souls choose to reincarnate without a soul plan. I'm tired of the suffering and this body has sustained some serious injuries, but I continue on. I shine as brightly as I can every day. And my experiences led to healing and a book. I guess it was all part of a plan?

Humans are not made to eat only vegetables. If we were we would only have molars chewing teeth. We are omnivores. Recently I had to have an operation but a blood test showed that I was lacking in iron and needed an iron infusion. This is because I eat very little red meat. I take a lot of supplements but iron wasn’t in them. I have now rectified that because I know that I’m probably not going to change my eating habits. So, eat what you want but be aware that you will probably need supplements to get everything your body needs. More importantly, start trying to live your life by being kind and loving.. Help those who need it if at all possible. Always smile! A smile and a kind word to a stranger can make their day. It is also good for you and costs you nothing. As Martin Luther King wished, do not see colour. This applies to everyone from all nationalities. It is as bad for a dark skinned person to see colour (white) as the other way around. Look into someone’s eyes when you meet them. Address them as the person they are not who you might perceive them to be. Be tranquil and peaceful.
