But sir, why bubbles can't form inside the bulk water before it's vapor pressure becomes equal to atmospheric pressure? I mean shouldn't the pressure inside the bubble that should matter and not vapor pressure, why can't the high energetic molecules form bubbles inside the water which has pressure greater than its surrounding pressure and escape?why evaporation happens only at the surface but suddenly at a point when vapor pressure becomes equal to atmospheric pressure bubbles start to get form
