I love this guy. I really wished he hadnt passed cause i woulda liked to have met em at a music event or some sorta comic con as a celebrity guest. Frankie, u really seemed like a humled, thankful, and kind hearted fella with positive potential. May God Bless your soul.

2 in the morning. One of my favorites. I often laugh and catch myself singing it. No frills. Tried and true basics. How wonderful they got together and were able to make this incredible sound. They are fantastic

Imitation is the best flattery, but there will only be one Theodore Teddy Pendergrass. I pray he treated these brothers better financially than he did the original blue notes.

Frankie, I liked your song the first time I heard it played! Bought the '45! I used to jump double dutch barefooted here in Philadelphia. Clothesline was the best rope! 😊

He might sound alright if he would use his natural singing voice. We know he is not Teddy, so he should stop trying to emulate Teddy's voice. There is only one Teddy 🧸

This is my first time seeing this preforms... I'm truly upset by this fake ass bad play actor Teddy Pendergrass wannabe!! Truly disgraceful rendition!!! Teddy Pendergrass voice was unmatched the world over. RIP Teddy Pendergrass.

This is oddly a beautiful thing to me. I work part time at old navy, and I hear this song on our store playlist at least once a four hour shift for me and it wasn’t until today that I Shazammed it. I then seeked their live performances on KZbin and first found them performing soul train and that was good, but this specific has so much natural charm. These men could be my uncles singing together at family gathering and these men have really great voices too. I also love the warm nostalgic atmosphere of the set of what looks like a local broadcast network and all the little-big imperfections of the tech equipment. Thanks for uploading this masterpiece, friend.❤

I’m so glad I found this. My dad was a roller skater at the roller rinks. He said this was a massive hit back in the days of prince and Rick James. I literally stumbled upon this from a goofy short about how the cocaine was better in the 80’s. I’m sure it was
