Bigger claims needs a bigger explanation you can’t just predict and say what ever you like . This why we still don’t know where we came from still dnt have 100% explanations. May be all Nepali Mongolian had a dirty flight ✈️ from Mongolia & landed in Nepal 🇳🇵.we did not plane & came to Nepal . M sure it took thousands of years to reach Nepal so I am definitely sure we did mixed up with alot of different tribes along the way. So they must be many Nepali Mongolian tribes who have settled in around Tibet too . All the Nepali Mongolian people were never called by the names that we called today. All this name of our Nepali Mongolian community were given after we entered Nepal 🇳🇵. So what we were called in Mongolia 🇲🇳? & in Tibet? as we came through Tibet m pretty sure many of our tribes did settle there too coz it took us thousands of years to reach Nepal 🇳🇵 and m 100% sure it was not planned to migrate to Nepal 🇳🇵 they might be moving around for better life . Common you guys talk as if we planed to go to Nepal and via Tibet we reached there so you know how long it take to reach Nepal from Mongolia 🇲🇳 The road distance is 4594.1 km only rich could afford horses back in a days mostly people walked. Did we really planned to travel that far ?????? Bigger question? ?? Why we are not there in mongolian 🇲🇳 history? They should be something like script or mention something somewhere about Mongolian people migration to Nepal 🇳🇵 via Tibet. They are many tribes in Tibet who looks like rai , limbus, gurungs, tamang, Sherpa even some tribes look like tribes from north east part of India 🇮🇳 Lepchas, Nagaland etc next time please visit Mongolia 🇲🇳 & Tibet and please 🙏 go there and check all the tribes all in each corner of both the country then we will talk . Tibetan have their own language, culture, pre Buddhism Tibetan Bon and Mongol shamanist is not same. Tibetan and Mongolian are not in the same language family. The high-altitude adaptive EPAS1 that is unique to the only Tibetan origin people all around Tibet. And also Sherpa who are tibetan origin. Mongols do not share that similarity with Tibetan. Sherpa tamag/tamang, gurung are all Tibetan words not Mongolia word. And like I said before Tibetan have Mongol mixed around the border Amdo and kham and still happening till this day and they have a long histories also the tribes that were mongol origin were called HOR in Tibetan for any mongols origin people and they use that as their tribe name or the surname. my question is why Sherpa and tamang and gurung weren’t called Hor when they were passing by from Tibet to Nepal ? Because they was never a Hor(mongols). You won’t find any mongol history talking about tamang and Sherpa but you will find some in Tibetan histories.

because Vedic Hinduism (now that is worshipped by Khas now) has influenced nepal. You should read te book called "Why I'm not a hindu".
