This is a machine I operated for almost 3 decades in the spring industry, and I'm still mystified by it's scientific properties. Instantaneous heat production. Fascinating!

I want to weld brass pipe of 3/4 inches OD, 20 inch long made of 22G sheet. how it can be welded?
@sokka77714 жыл бұрын
physics nonsense, "electron-magnet" R! the center is a strong force of revolution. which is the center of micro-particle wave hard under pressure. a pretty good thing ... tin, glass and plastic, to melt!

Usually, the coils are hollow, ie. tubes with water pumped through to keep them cool. As far as I know, the frequency and voltage of the AC is fairly important - don't just connect a thick wire coil to your house mains!
@a380rockerfan14 жыл бұрын
awesome! so you just need thick wire, bend it round, connect it up to 240VAC, and you have a inductor?
@tarBall31314 жыл бұрын
Of course it can...

that thing can melt aluminum(Al) ??
@depp0000114 жыл бұрын
That depends on the material that you want to harden (thickness, depth of hardening, length of material). At my workplace we have mashines with generators ranging from 130KW to 300KW...
@depp0000114 жыл бұрын
It's not "just" a wire, it's rather copper tube. The coppertubing needs to be cooled (there's water flowing through at about 13 - 18 Bar), or else it just melts away...

I take it when you are using this thing you might want to take off your wedding ring: "yeah, it'll just reach in here... ARRRGHH!!"
