Sweetbeak loves hanging out on the porch. He doesn't like being in the house. I think it's because he can join in on bird conversations out here and because the other animals stress him out. He was in the house with time on the porch for a long time. I want his old age to be as peaceful and comfortable as possible.

I can assure you that I am not poking my cat with my finger. I usually lightly touch her with one finger to see if she is in the mood for pets. My last cat would just stick her head under my hand. With Tippy, I try to figure out if she wants affection, food, to just be near me, or to be a menance. Tippy gets overstimulated quickly, so I try to respect her boundaries.

January has been a really tough month with work and my last semester of college starting and volunteer stuff. I bought four different planners with different duties in the hopes I could keep them all up. So far I have only been consistent in my main planner. I still want to use those other planners, so I am not going to ditch them yet, but right now it is difficult!

Don't tell Katame that I don't actually have a suitcase full of cash. She's really looking forward to seeing how many belly rubs and treats she might get.

Cute hair style! Mine has grown back out from having it kept short for years then let it grow the last 2. Almost at my flubber (bra) line in the back. Thinking about chopping it in the Spring.

I'm still working on my planner:( Not happy. My ongoing notations have been in the EC petite (ignoring the format) and I'm still setting up the new Planner Perfect. Can't figure out the format and really don't like the way too heavy paper. Love the soft bound cover and just right size. Which tells me I wouldn't like a hard back planner. Need a little flex. Would be in hog heaven if I had a dedicated planner/notebook for different categories. The chores, the wellness, games, books, weather, everything. I've had up to 14 'trackers' so that idea seems impossible. I may not know what I want but for sure have learned what I don't want.

I won't be switching my planner as I feel since I paid for it I'm going to get my money out of it. Though I'm not thrilled with the paper change in the PAL system that was my own fault for not reading the info thoroughly. I am loving the Jibun techo days and may go with that alone in 2026.

Do you have a brainstorming notebook? I have one where I don't decorate at all and don't worry about it being messy. II transfer the info that needs to be more permanent in a different planner. Might be able to use one of them for that

Cool layout for books! I want to do book planner and game planner. I did the strangest thing. Started backworking Sept-December in my new 18mo dated Passion Planner then suddenly decided to switch. Dug out the EC petites, decided paper is paper and started setting up my 2025 using the (what I thought would be useless) undated Travel and Budget Planner for my Wellness and Task planners:) Even put them in the unused string cover. Need my head examined. No forethought, just woke up and decided to switch. I know that is normal for many but for me, it is pure weirdness. Happy planning!
