The recipe is in the video. Dissolve the yeast in warm milk before added everything into a ziplock bag. It's very, very easy! Mix together well in the bag. Remove the air then allow the dough to rise inside the bag. Follow the video I made just like thi the other day. Happy baking!

thank you very much for your video, but Crisco is not a Lard:(( its a PURE Cancer (Petrolium). Veg oil, Corn (Pure GMO), Soy, Grape seeds...stay away. Pam spray is also not healthy option:(( Aluminum is a Cancer... I have a request from a friend to bake Bahamian bread. I will try your receipt but without cancer, hehehe. Thank you again. Excellent tutorial. Agree that tomato (paste) can alter the flavour of a dish even though it's often used (many times in excess). Fresh garlic is an excellent addition. The Bahamian pronunciation of "plantain" is correct. (plan-tin, fount-in, mount-in, etc.) "Fount-ain" would be absurd. English is not a phonetic lang.
