What time of the year is it most likely to flood in certain areas?

It's an amazing town, but people from Milwaukee and Chicago need to stop moving up here. City used to almost never have shootings or stabbings, now you hear about it at least a few times a year just in the downtown area alone! And suprise, surpise, most of the time it's some gang banger POS from the big cities 🙄

High taxes to many rules. Town of algoma had rules but where not up your buts and did not enforce most as long as you were not harming anyone and it was reasonable like burning leaves in the country. The city took over clairville road and its been a joke since. There jerks and its all money people are irrate.

This video is what convinced me to moved out here last May from So Cal. ❤ I’d never move back . Even now during winter .
