Thank you for the question. It seems the question has already been answered through our customer support, but for the benefit of other viewers we'll provide an answer here as well. To transform optical densities (ODs) into oxy/deoxyhemoglobin changes, you can use the modified Lambert-Beer law. Alternatively, a better option is to create standard graphs, which display oxy/deoxy data, and then stream graph data out.

Does this not work if I dont have oxysoft on the pc? I only have oxy3 files and optodetemplate xml file from my other pc

Hello! Usually, it would be necessary to have OxySoft installed. However, the license key and BT dongle do not have to be plugged in when using the converter. You can easily install OxySoft on other pcs using the yellow usb key that was provided in the package. If you have any question, please feel also free to send an e-mail to [email protected]

2:10 measurement shown in oxysoft is independent to the data file stored (.oxy4) 2:45 even if project file is lost, the data file will remain to allow recovery. 3:16 suggestion: keep oxyproj and oxy4 file in same locations with similar names.
