I agree! EOS fitness is the gym that is going to be where the old LA Fitness was in Tradition. It is currently in the renovation process and supposed to be opened in 2025. There is also a Hotworx gym being opened in Tradition square soon as well.

I wish! Maybe one day, but for now I think the best bet is someone to renovate the AMC in St. Lucie West. But who knows, there is so much land and developments happening in Tradition someone may see the need for it.

I have heard that Trader Joe's is really wanting a location in Tradition, but have not heard a final on the specific location.

Hey Ant! Over by cadence they are building the Tradition Regional Park. It’s going to have sports fields and a skate park in the first phase with more coming in the next few years!

Hey Claire thank you for the question! There is no defined cart path at this time. The closest thing to it is the Tradition T Trail which is a wide side walk that goes through tradition and connect the mattamy homes community. There is also the TIM shuttle that has its own lane as well and is expected to have more shuttles added this year that will go through the main areas of Tradition. While not having a cart path, communities are looking to add restaurants and grocery stores in close proximity so that it can be a quick golf cart ride away and to help with the traffic. There are also road expansion plans in the works that will help with congestion as well! Let me know if you have any questions!

Yes the Treasure Coast International Airport in Fort Pierce has went through large renovations and is actively in talks with commercial airlines for adding flights. The county said their goal is to have commercial flights for the north east to midwest within the next 3-5 years. With the renovations being finished now and the talks going on this could happen sooner since allot of the infrastructure is already there at the Treasure Coast International Airport. I love living here! I have lived here for over 20 years and love the direction the area is heading in! I personally have not seen any issues with major storms since the early 2000's. The Treasure Coast Mall is 30 min away. That is the closest mall, but there is a lot of retail stores and shopping plazas in Tradition.
