Memories from my childhood.....except my copy had a different album cover. I think it displayed the headless horseman holding a jack-o-lantern in one of his hands. To this day I like the creative way the album potrays Rip Van Winkle's wife.

This record was when I first heard the story of Sleepy Hollow. It was also when first heard Boris Karloff.:-) I'm proud to still have this record.

Such a time as this, yes, it was absolutely beautiful, I was there, that life was a time, an era, I so enjoyed!!! Nonetheless, today is still our life as well, each era offers something new, something beautiful, each generation wants a part of yesterday, that's ok. Treasure today, it's a gift from GOD!!!!!!! Come on young world, let's Live, enjoy life today equally as much, its a gift, the present!!!!! Yesterday is but a dream, tomorrow is not promised!

I was so sick of listening to It may be winter outside in BW's compilations that when I heard their version of I'm under the influence of love for the first time I was so hooked up I won't forget it.

The world could use a taste of what Barry White was all about. His theme "Love". Barry White, Love Unlimited & Love Unlimited Orchestra was the best. I couldn't get enough of his music from the 1970's til this day. Love the coordination of sound. I love to listen to the orchestra & focus on each instrument throughout the song. Just to dissect the total sound piece by piece. He was truly "The Maestro".

Wish I had this CD, but I think it wasn't produced on CD. I have five of the eight songs in my iTunes and would like to get the other three (#5, 7, 8). If somebody reading this can find a way to get those songs, please let me know.

I love this album from beginning to end. When I purchased this in 73 it came in a plastic bag just like the LP cover. BTW...did you know that IMBWO is a cover?

~ 4:08 is the killer break, when people starting parachuting to the dance floor, that is, those not already jamming to Love's Theme. Throw in the vocal version from In Heat album often for going measure. Cheers, DAVEDJ ~
