I am spreading the information about how your house can poison you! Thanks Michael for teaching people how to stop chronic illness! Functional Drs understand mold. How does one know which mold is toxic? For eg, does the small amount of speckles in a corner of my wall constitute “toxic”? If so (or even if it isn’t toxic) how do I best get rid of it as I remember you saying that painting over it only makes it worse. Would isopropyl alcohol help?

I feel lucky to only have molds that causes loss of smell & other symptoms that are not cancer so far. it's all such a pain & the listlessness doesn't help when trying to fix the problems. I've got things going to fix it but it is so tiring.

As a fellow teacher, I totally understand what she is going through. I just don’t understand why our society is so scared to talk about mold. I don’t think there’s another topic in the medical community that is as taboo as mold. It really is a lonely journey.

If your home hasn't been remediated, using an air purifier can help reduce airborne mold spores and improve indoor air quality temporarily, but it's not a substitute for proper mold remediation. I recommend the Intellipure Ultrafine for large spaces, the Intellipure Compact (the BOGO deal) for individual rooms, and the Intellipure SuperV for a whole home solution. And yes, after remediation, it's important to change the filters in your air purifier to ensure it continues to operate effectively and safely without contamination. Mold can grow on the surface dust and dirt. Concrete itself isn't a growing medium itself. Unless I've been misled somewhere. This guy should gave a lot more explanation at the very least. There's always caveats to certain pieces of information that has to be given.

I bought 'Germ Guardian' (HEPA filter) air purifier from Costco two years ago. Have a cat and a dog, both shed hair. Never had an issue with their product, just replace the filter every so often. Works a treat. No idea why you are making such a blanket statement. Sounds like you are trying to sell something, more than inform.

Same here though in Washington. Mold is everywhere around here & I start getting symptoms when I go to shops or visit places that have mold. I want to move but I can't see a way out right now. At least if I can get the mold out of my house or move in a house that is less prone to mold that would be the bees knees.

For future interviews, I hope you’ll consider featuring experts who can bring fresh perspectives or unique solutions. I’ve recently had an air handler cleaned due to excessive moisture causing mold build up inside, which is all non porous and has been remidied. Some of that moisture made its way to a supply plenum made of fiberglass insulation causing some mold spots. Have you ever heard of air duct/plenum encapsulation to cover fiberglass and mold? Ive read about some of the chemicals used to spray the insulation and they don’t sound very healthy to use. Just curious about your input on this is you are able to. Thanks for all the info, your channel is very informative.

Your picture shows the effects of hard water mineral deposits. If you want to be legit, take a sample of your claim and get lab results on the mold content.
