I have a situation at work where during Sprint work in Scrum, I feel pressured to deliver. We have a tight schedule, and sometimes I end up doing unpaid overtime to meet all the Sprint goals. I work in a corporation. The market situation isn't stable, and I'm afraid of being laid off, so I don't stand up to the managers and just do as they say. However, I'm worried about this constant pressure. Truth be told, every Sprint feels like a marathon to me, and I'm slowly approaching burnout. I have 6 years of experience in Java.

Hey @remek712! First of all, please remember that you are NOT alone with this and any kind of problem. I'm sure that you have people around you who can support you. And, in the internet you can find places where are people who also struggle with this kind of problems. Secondly, do not be afraid of asking for help. If you feel burnt out, maybe you need a consultation with psychologist who will help you to manage the tiredness and anxiety in your head. And that's totally okay. I'm telling this to you, because maybe you have some resistance to ask about this kind of help. Third. What you can do now is taking care about yourself. It is crucial to reduce the level of pressure. Take care about the sleep and its quality. Avoid eating shit food and drinking alcohol. Spend time with your family and friends. Go to gym or do any kind of sport you like. If you are not doing anything, just try something. Moving body is a medicine. Go for a walk in the park. If you are not doing anything of those points, just start somewhere with something. It's a process. Each step forward is important. Please reach me out directly at [email protected] or on my LinkedIn: www.linkedin.com/in/piotrwachulec/ We can connect and look at your situation together. Maybe I will be able to help you somehow. And at the end, thank you for the trust, that you decided to share your story with me. It is also important for me. One thing more. I'm sure that you will manage this, like you managed all other problems in the past. Do not lose hope. You have a power inside you to fight.

@@piotrwachuleconsoftware I got some questions though. Does browser natively use CQRS pattern to deal with and Events and assigning event Handlers? If possible some additional information/link/blog/material on how can find out about the "Which pattern does browser use to deal with Events?" would be deeply appretiated
@piotrwachuleconsoftware3 жыл бұрын
@@avimehenwal I don't know if I understand you correctly - do you think about how we can dynamically update pages when some event will occur? You have to know that CQS and CQRS are using on the backend side, not in the frontend application - very simply.
