Yesterday it was an empty lot. Today sits a magnificent modular home. I would press anyone to educate me on how stick in mud construction is better?

That would be very difficult to do because it's a public property that's not on the market. If the opportunity presented itself I would love to be a part of enhancing that beautiful area!

This city can’t be revitalized until you get rid of all the corruption in the government of this city! Which everyone just turns a blind eye to it and government employees cover it up😢. Sad how such a beautiful city turned into such a shit whole because of it〽️🕊🖤🤘

We're not selling lots. We'll start selling homes as soon as the road and infrastructure is finished. The work is in process and we're expecting for it to be completed very soon. I'll post updates as we go.

That's a great question, welcome to New Castle, and thank you for your comment. Metrovitalization is developing 224 new homes, 38 apartments, 10 SF of new class "A" commercial space, and a 20-acre RV resort. In addition to these existing projects currently in development, we're pursuing new projects in New Castle and surrounding areas for 2025/26 developments. We believe that the 262 families moving to our developments will create a demand for businesses, goods and services needed to meet the needs of those families. This new trend, coupled with local government incentives, will eventually transform and revitalize the area. Other developers will follow, the increased tax revenues will be used to improve infrastructure and for beautification purposes, and the momentum will continue from there, as with other similar cities that also had developers, residents, business leaders, and government officials that care and are bent on revitalization, as we are.

I just moved to New Castle and am interested in New Castle Economic Development. What is the plan for new businesses, companies, and remote workers to come to our area?

We're developing homes in the area, and some commercial projects as we go. I believe this will help boost the economy because it increases the consumer base for the area. Businesses and larger corporations tend to follow this trend seeking to supply goods and services for the growth in demand. I believe that New Castle will look very different in the next few years. In a very good way!

I loved visiting the confluence. We visited town from Orlando, It is a really cool place! Esp for people with kids. I think places like this is key to revitalization. New Castle's has natural beauty and history. But to attract remote tech workers it needs infrastructure for us 'city folk' .. Like working on a laptop in a coffee shop enviorment etc.

This guy is a clown. New Castle PA needs to boot this guy far out of town. He's left a mountain of bankruptcy debt in Miami and Chicago. What the hell is he doing in New Castle PA? DO NOT TRUST THIS MAN. His track record says it all. The last thing New Castle needs is more public housing. Council needs to bring stores/shopping into downtown to revitalize the city, not this scammer.
