Im glad you liked it haha. Im a 2nd degree black belt and I was a nationals gold medallist for Taekwondo in my country. I teach Taekwondo and the "evolved" striking style where boxing, american \thai kickboxing and Taekwondo mix together.

I checked out your channel. Its super motivational and the videos are well edited. The part where you spin kick the water bottle, that kick comes from karate, Tae Kwon Do, Kung fu , brazilian dance fighting and more. Spinning hook kick. The fundamentals from muay thai are unbeaten so I like that martial art alot
