thanks for a nice video. I leant new things about different volume changes as a result of faster or slower cooling rates. However, I still did not understand why a more packed (annealed or aged) polymer would consume more energy than needed (overshooting) when passing to the rubbery-like state....

do we always multiply by 2 for the number of C-C bonds? for any polymer that can be given? Also why dont we consider the third bond (the right one) so we multiply by 3 ?
