He probably has a batch of 100 or so randomized seeds ready to go before each stream. Most people that do kaizo ironmon do that.

The 'Ironmon' part of the name actually comes from the Ironman Triathlon, which is a triathlon that does swimming, cycling, running, in that order, for a little over 140 miles, done singlehandedly. Its the part of this pokemon challenge that has you take one pokemon, and attempt to beat the whole game with it. Thr Kaizo part of the name of the challenge is in reference to the strict ruleset
