Divorce was never an indian culture.....it was western culture which we implemented to protect women from domestic violence.....now it is mostly used for other purposes to settle in life with a hard earned money of men .....men work hard for years to earn this money to be happy with his wife, but after marriage they don't have both wife and money and mostly importantly no peace of mind.

For all those lamenting the injustice against men, please understand how the law works. Both husband and wife have to submit a form listing their monthly income, assets, liabilities,debts, bank statements for 3 years, other investments etc. Only based on that the judge passes orders.
