感謝AJ分享好吃的古早味蛋餅 這家古早味粉漿蛋餅看起來真棒,蛋餅通常都分成粉將派跟麵團派,跟明倫蛋餅一樣是屬於粉漿派的,但是沒有影片中的厚實,明倫蛋餅以前是在員林一個阿北在賣的,後來去逢甲開店,剛煎好的蛋餅,外皮微微酥脆,要趁熱吃,粉漿蛋餅的酥脆通常只有三分鐘,而內裡是Q軟的口感,第一次吃到的時候覺得真的是人間美味,但事隔多年要下去彰化的時候GOOGLE說阿北不在了,而逢甲夜市賣的其實也不差但是就是不如回憶中美好。 我是蛋餅控,其實比起粉漿蛋餅有時我更熱愛酥皮蛋餅,心目中第一名的蛋餅其實是內湖的巴士蛋餅,會掉渣的那種吃起來相當幸福,是記憶中的味道,老闆可能退休又跑去衝浪了吧,祝福他快樂,也懷念當初那個記憶中懵懵懂懂的女孩。第二名要推薦土城的陳總涼麵的酥皮蛋餅,也是酥到會掉渣的那種餅皮,第一次吃到的時候也是相當驚艷,屬於可頌系列的蛋餅酥而不脆的口感,由於內湖巴士蛋餅沒有營業了,所以無從比較。第三名要給台北樂口福,也是皮酥內嫩型的蛋餅,但是缺點就是價錢比較高,不過聽說去年九月多的時候老闆也休息了,以後遇到類似的店家要好好愛護他們,有時就是吃一次少一次。

會用機器打成魚泥 在做成魚丸 不可能浪費的 你看同一位老闆在殺魚 但是不同人拍攝的影片就可以看到 kzbin.info/www/bejne/oYK5ZGCgg658d5Y 最後11分40秒就出現魚丸裝在塑膠袋裡 虱目魚是一種養殖比野生更好吃的魚 連剩下的魚骨都會賣給店家煮湯喝 魚腸魚肝也會留下來 基本上虱目魚只有魚鰓會丟棄

It looks like a very sacrificial job. It must be hard to do a job like that all day, every day and maybe earning very little money, but you can see that this Man does his job with love. The products looks tasty and perfect, way more better than an industrial one for sure !
