This is amazing. I’m literally starting from scratch. I have the content (how self growth while being single impacts future dating and relationships and bleeds into your marriage) but im completely green when it comes to audio and video editing and etc. I have a mic and now I know I can use my iPhone with my macbook! I’m so excited now! Thank you for this!

I don't get why I should watch someone sitting in their house basement talking into a microphone...unless you think they are hot... I just don't find it entertaining or engaging to watch someone staring into a camera talking for 4 hours. What makes a video of a person talking, a podcast?

Depending on the content of your brand and channel I would highly recommend you ditch sponsorships and launch your own products. There is a fortune in your followers and you should capture that value yourself.

What a great episode! I've been a Buzzsprouter (new word?) since 2019, when I switched from ......the other guys. What resonated with me the most was to just start. That is precisely what I did; I started and didn't care about algorithms, etc. I knew what I wanted to talk about and just did it. It's 2024, and I still don't get hung up on the algorithms. I enjoy what I talk about, and I agree with @albanbrooke.

Excellent! The part about people wishing they started sooner really hit home. We started working with podcasters back in 2015 and 9 years later I just had someone I spoke too almost a decade ago reach back out to us asking if it's a good time to launch!
