USB C is great :) You should be all set (in theory!)

There are a few on Amazon which might work (make sure they note the mirror mode) - though not sure if they'd be 4K on both outputs. Not been able to try it personally!

That's odd! Does nothing output when you use an HDMI from the output port on the HD60X to your TV or second screen? It should automatically output when the card is in use! If not, I would double check your Elgato drivers, also possibly try a different HDMI cable on the output incase there's an issue there. I hope there's not a physical fault on the output on the card :/

No worries! Yep so you'll need a capture card - what the HDMI port on the laptop does is shares you laptop screen (e.g. as a second monitor) The capture card would be needed to capture the footage off your console :)

Hmm - there maybe a few things or possible issues with the capture card: 1) I'd check if you need any other drivers or software depending on your card 2) Try different USB ports (close OBS first) 3) I would also try to disconnect other USB devices if you have any just to test 4) Try going into Windows --> Settings --> Camera Privacy and make sure OBS can access the camera. Technically the capture card isn't a camera, but some cards are classed as one 5) Check all the cables from the dock/console into the capture card. 6) This is going to sound silly, but make sure the Switch is definitely docked and not loose. e.g. switch it on and slide in - to make sure it's definitely connected fully for a proper signal to the capture card if all else fails, then best to reach out to the store you bought it from or the manufacturer :)

Yep it doesn't matter what model of Switch you use :) Just make sure you follow the steps in the video (owner of the game should be on both Switches and the owner should use the Secondary)

Not encountered that one myself before - some people say it's an issue with the OBS preview itself, rather than the capture card - does that line appear when you record the gameplay or stream? Hey! SO I assume the coloured bars are moving on your OBS for audio, ya? If you haven't fixed it yet, you'll need to right click your gameplay source (capture card or desktop audio, depending on what you'd like to output) in the Audio Mixer panel and then click Advanced Audio Properties You should then enabled "Monitor and Output" on the selected sources. This will output to your stream or recording, and also your preferred monitoring device (headphones/speakers). To set a monitoring device, head to File --> Settings --> Audio and look for "Monitoring Device". To ensure you don't get audio, try to avoid having your output device too close to your microphone

Yep! Those are super modern so will cover you :) What I meant/should have said in the video is that USB3 won't always be blue, sometimes red, sometimes plain - but they usually have a symbol next to them!

The one I use is out of stock, but if if you watch at 0:59 in the video - it's an HDMI splitter - but make sure it's with *mirror mode* enabled If you see the video you'll see what I mean! It's super important to make sure it can show your gameplay on 2 screens at the same time

Hey! For sources like display/window capture etc, this would normally be in the source properties. If you right click the source and click "Properties", you should see an option called "Capture Cursor" or similar - untick that and your cursor will not be shown in recordings :)
