Looking so forward to this kit for the subject matter of course but also because I used to do a lot of embroidery! I have an oval small hoop which will show up on the cover of my junk journal for this study. This study is so timely for me as I am on antibiotics for another tick infection, and I have developed welts and 3" hives , a severe allergy to all mammal products with this disease process. I will no longer be able to eat beef, pork or lamb products, only poultry, fish, and plants. Even my medication is in gelatin caps which is animal so I am a mess of hives and fevers daily since June, but praising the LORD the doctor switched me to tablets and I am better today! Anyway, its a lot to process, but thanking GOD my 5 boys are all grown men and its me and my husband to cook for now. This on top of 18 years of Lyme disease from a tick, so I am disabled from that, and SOO very thankful the LORD led me to BTW4G and home studies I can work through now at this stage of my life!! Its a GIFT for sure!! Thank you ladies for these videos as it is so very helpful for us older ones who are mostly homebound! These videos are so very helpful!!

A precious heirloom for a family member, so beautiful! After watching you begin this, I looked for photos of my parents or grandparents to add to my junk journal for this month's study. I have a napkin from my great grandparents 60th anniversary..they were born in the 1800's and their 60th was in the 50's..so Very vintage!! My parents would be over 100 now, and so its something to think about for sure for the future. I do have our 50th wedding photos (2017) with our 4 sons, and all of their wedding pics, so I am inspired. Thanks for the inspiration and sharing!

Does a deckle edged ruler work just as good as the Tim Holtz Deckle Edge Trimmer?

A ruler is good if you have enough paper to hold onto (if that makes sense) and the paper isn’t to thick… but for those little cards I think it will be much easier with the trimmer
