UPS is a joke. They are notorious for messing deliveries up and will constantly change tracking updates. I had two out for delivery messages that were later updated to changed due to receiver's instructions when I never requested that. I was then told the package was being inspected for damage. It was a frickin tire. They are extremely incompetent and customer service is horrendous. They need to be held accountable.

It happened with my 40v 8ah mower battery recently, but it's right at 3 years old. Home depot doesn't even have the purchase in their history even though I bought it all with my bank card. I tried calling the ryobi line many times and stayed on hold for 15+ minutes every time. I finally gave up and tried the reset which of course doesn't work. My battery lasted like normal, and when it got down to one led and mower stopped, I charged it like usual. The problem is this time the charger did the red/green flash and the battery would blink the first and fourth led when you pushed its button. It's too bad local places won't accept the batteries to at least try and recover some of the lithium.

So how is this about a fix?

I think you did a great job, and as a professional painter/handyman (25yrs experience), I worked with what I had on hand; within the time I had to do it, and in some cases what amount of money I had to work with. I always did what worked for me and always carried Durham Rock Hard in my van.

It happened to me today. I thought i bought a piece of junk. It shook for like 5 min. I hope they didn't damage it

adding a little vinegar will slow the set time to work with it. Make sure to let it dry at least 24 hrs (in no humidity\moisture env ) before painting.

I also did this and seems like my washer just does not run the same. Makes noises, bangs, also seems to walk. I seriously wonder if I bent something… lesson learned. I’ll have to deal with this for the life of the unit.

I tried it on my roof in the attic. The water just moved to another spot dripping water elsewhere, especially if the area you are fixing is sloping down. Don't use.

Both electric and gas dryers come with thermostats. My LG gas dryer has three thermostats. Sometimes they're referred to as safety thermostat or high limit thermostat. The thermostats with the button are known as the manual reset type. The thermostats without the button are known as automatic reset. When the exhaust system gets clogged with lint, the thermostat will stop the heating portion from working to prevent a fire. The auto reset thermostats will reset once the temp cools down, but after several cycles of doing that it will eventually die out, which is what happened with your dryer. My gas dryer has one thermostat with manual reset and I clicked the button, but the thermostat is still blown. So having the button doesn't mean the thermostat won't fail, or that it is better.

At best is only a temporary fix. A bandage over a major underlying problem. Flex Seal shouldn't be happy using their product in this manner. But profits overrule ethics these days.
