Incredibly well - I find myself increasingly surprised with the power and responsiveness of the 8nm base and realize this improvement continues to be mostly driven by the QR upgrade! Plus it looks so slick. So, no issues, only consistent upside!

Oh and, how is that PSVR2? I'm supposed to represent my employer (a car dealership) in a local GT7 tournament, against other car dealerships. I would be driving 2h stints.

That’ll be a great used option, if you can get it at a killer price! PSVR2 is one of those features / tech that makes me think “what a time to be alive!”… to be able to get that level of immersion as an add on to PS5+GT7 is insane. It’s easier get use to for those who are used to driving real life cars, since others who only game would likely prefer just having the gamer PoV - may be harder for them to judge corners. Only other downsides are the HUD is minimal too.

I only installed one after upgrading to a full rig. sorry to disappoint!

Shockingly easy and fast, but maybe because my home is located within 2 hours of their warehouse/HQ (near Toronto), and it was in stock. Was just hoping it would arrive the next week, but it arrived within 2 days, ahead of the weekend!

Based on my research at the time, it seemed the DD wheel stand was an older version, and they took the best elements of it for the WS 2.0. It also seemed the DD wheel stand was discontinued, at least for me

It’s very good for how convenient it is, but I’ve recently upgraded to full chassis - see my new video :) I was using my office Herman Miller Mirra 2 chair lol, comfortable but not a fixed back (it swivels and reclines a bit as I drive). The 2.0 seemed to take all the best elements of the NLR DD, which I think is older / maybe discontinued anyway.

Basic Fanatec CSL as of now. Very used to controlling it for trail braking, and it was a good upgrade from Logitech G29 pedals. I do plan to upgrade to CSL Elite V2 in the near future!
