That is not on the game thats on your enemy. They have a cheat called lag cheat that if you ever face them your screen will be stuck or laggy. It is so annoying if you face some players like that

Thats what usually happens during lag, see your opponent isn't experiencing lag so they move normally, you on the other hand are lagging so your screen froze for a small amount of time making it seem like your opponent teleported, I totally understand how lag ruins a game, good job winning that fight anyways
