I think the idea of the UI coming from the Pokédex is a cool idea, I maybe they wouldn’t use the first initial pause screen, but maybe make everything come naturally from the world. The idea of being able to use the Pokédex from the show with it scanning Pokemon and having it talk back is really hype, clearly you did a phenomenal job. I think it would be cool to communicate ideas through the Pokédex and the robot voice becomes almost like a companion, not one that gets in the way like Navi, but just a little digital helper/jarvis type dude. Maybe he reacts if your party is down on its health, it would allow the player to be silent while still allowing the game to communicate ideas and stuff.
