Will there be 3:00 pace makers?

Usually there would be for the Marathon yes. Unfortunately, we have made the decision not to have pace runners this year to avoid groups of runners forming during the race. The Pace Team will be back in 2022.

Does the virtual run have to be done on the same day as the actual event?

No there is a window for completing each race. The 10k window is 20th June and 15th August, the Half Marathon is 22nd August and 17th October & the Marathon & Metric is 5th September and 31st October. Hope this helps.

Would have been nice to see more of the marathon and what is the point of showing someone talking on a microphone and then not allowing us to hear them by playing overly loud cheese rock over the top? It didn't really showcase what was a very good race.
