No. There is no male sterile hybrid seed production available in blackgram and greengram. Because both are highly self pollinated crops. The flower structure (Papilionaceous corolla) facilitate only self pollination. But few researches going on in this topic.

The concept is the male sterile line (genotype) should be identified for a specific crop to produce hybrid seeds. Though, rice is a self pollinated crop, several male sterile lines identified and used for hybrid seed production. In blackgram and greengram no male sterile line is identified yet.
