local banks that are portfolio lenders (dont sell to Fannie Mae) may have notes available but it is very difficult to obtain notes that way for many reasons. I've never seen anyone make a career out of that approach. There are much better ways that one can become very successful.

Kevin, that's a great point… Over the years, with working with investors that never we're fully sure about how to purchase a notes would ask me the question "if I buy a note from a company and I don't want it, or the numbers just don't work out, will the company let me get my money back" and my reply was, I would be completely sure about what you're buying because it’s frown upon and could possibly be cut you off from being able to buy assets from them again. So, working with someone like Kevin that has a lot of experience in knowing what to look for and how to advise someone on what they need to look for is so very valuable and could save them a lot of money. I would fully recommend to anyone that you need to attend Kevin's 2 Day workshop. You’ll be glad you did!
