The US Constitution allows people to keep and bear Arms in the service of a Militia to protect the State. A state Militia is under the command of the US President and is to be used to suppress Insurrection. Anyone who levies War against the United States is a traitor and Habeas Corpus can be suspended for Rebels. The writers of the Constitution had no intention of allowing people to fight against the government. Indeed, those with Arms were expected to be commanded like an on-call police force. We did not have a standing Army (it’s even in the Constitution that an Army can only be raised and supported for two years) or regular police forces. I've used pex exclusively on water heaters for over 4 years now. Plastic fittings, pex pipe and pex related shutoff valves. I've had zero issues.
