If US abdicated role in developing countries, who loses, who benefits. Corrupt leaders and governments prob don't mind dealing with China. But wouldn't most of their ordinary citizens choose US influence over China? Are millions of them trying or wanting/wishing to immigrate to China? Would China welcome them?
