Much too long, after 20 mins was definitely a struggle to view the remainder of the interview. However, some interesting points were highlighted from an artiste point of view. Take this into consideration for future interviews, looking forward to great things for 2013 season.

That's a beautiful song at 10:41. St.Vincent produce some good artist and the beats are unique to vincy.

I really dont think it matters at all, or atleast it shouldnt. People over the globe refer to groovy and ragga soca as the very same thing. Anyone who tries to justify a distinction between both has a pretty tedious task! Pretty much the same like us saying Power, Uptempo or Fast soca. And another factor that can be thrown in is that vincy artists normally perform and compete in GROOVY soca competition in Trinidad. I strongly believe that this is an insignificant debate! One Caribbean!

Well, that is my POINT. Nikki is a VINCENTIAN ARTIST. I believe that you are a Vincy too. I believe that the arrangers of her songs are Vincies too, so why use the term groovy soca instead of RAGGA SOCA? We are supposed to be PUSHING our VINCY BRAND instead you are pushing another country's brand. I find that to be counter productive, especially if you are a Vincy, because you will never see a Trini refer to Nikki's song or that style of music as being RAGGA SOCA.

What is GROOVY SOCA? I know of RAGGA SOCA from VINCYLAND.
