It’s a windbreak not a dog corral. It works perfectly as a windbreak when put up correctly and in just a few minutes too. It also has a kadar strip attached which will slot in to the awning rail of a caravan making it even more stable

I was comparing it to all the other brands of wind breaks that e use for similar purposes 🙂 It was a complete pain to put up on my own, and I felt not worth the money.

You may want to change the information you have posted in relation to your video because it relates to the city of Exeter itself and as @ericadams3428 and @YesiPleb have pointed out the structure featured in your video is the old Exeter bridge. The River Exe used to flow under the archways but was moved during the sixties to its current location due to flooding issues.

Not part of the walls but carried traffic in and out of the city from the west gate and extended across the river and marshy grass land. What we have there is only a small part of it. There's a large section of the original walls visible near where the south gate would have been. Walk up from the quay along the side of the Cathedral & Quay car park to the roundabout at the end of Western Way and to your left will be the original wall. I believe there's more of the original wall in Northernhay Gardens. Exeter as a city back then was very small and over time has swallowed up areas outside like St Thomas, St Leonard's, St Sidwell's and St David's etc. I moved here from Plymouth and love living here.
@OtiAdventureToller22 күн бұрын
Thank you very much! I've lived in a village a way from Exeter several years, but tend to only come in for reasons. I'll definitely do some more exploring 🙂
@YesiPleb22 күн бұрын
@@OtiAdventureToller I plan to as well. I've been reading up on the place and found a fair bit out. I've also found out that Exeter City Council have free walking guided tours by the red coats. Going to make sure I attend as many as I can next year. I've lived here since the late 90s and so far I've only been in the underground passages - definitely recommended if you've not yet done it. The only other thing I'm aware of that's "damned old" is a medieval bridge at Clyst St Mary. Since finding out quite a bit about Exeter recently I plan to do a walk of Exeter - seems nearly all of the original city calls are still in place. The four gates have gone plus the water gate and a couple sections that have been knocked down for roads. I plan to walk the 1.8 miles around Exeter and photograph everything that's still there. There's also the catacombs near Bartholomew Street, the remains of a medieval church in the city centre, a small mini wall around the cathedral and more...

Do you prefer the Razor R2 or the Chelan 140?
@OtiAdventureToller22 күн бұрын
If weight, size of bag and carrying had not been considerations, I'd have gone for the Chelan. With the R2 being less expensive, much easier for me to carry etc it was the clear one for me 🙂

The Exe Bridge was completed in around 1239. A church was built on the city side of which only the tower remains.
