Your number plate doesn't contain 0 for KL 07, it's KL 07 not KL 7, you could get a challan for this if you get unusually lucky at normal routine checks by cops. How do I know this? because I've experienced it. Try searching your vehicle online using your registration number in gov. portals without adding 0 in KL 07.
