He’ll is a super Walmart with a krogers inside. Wow. For some talking about a bad attitude and then throws that comment in there. Slightly opinionated. My wife and I shop at Walmart and we’re both believers.

This is a terrible representation of what CR and open-share groups are about. This is an arrogant man. Open-share groups are not this complicated. This man needs to participate in an open-share group under someone else's leadership.

I appreciate the preparation and genuine conversation... but 15 minutes through and he hasn’t shared a single scripture? Preach>Speak!

Hey Josh, I’ve been inspired to start/lead recently ...so I’m a rookie but these are my thoughts.I feel that this idea of discipleship is supposed to feel like a family and it’s for designed for life long study and growth..but the idea is to create leaders by being a leader, and then you have completed that ‘mission’ but then once you have that connection & bond, they would perhaps go on to lead others or maybe they have other gifts of the spirit. These small group members they will probably be foundations in your life at some point you support others just as they will support you. Just ask God & the Holy Spirit to guide you and communicate in a real way to you, amen! Good luck !

Ok so he said to become a leader of yourself before you can be a leader of other people. Can someone tell me what that means for them? I think I understand what he means, but I just want to hear someone else’s interpretation of what this means for them. Great video- thanks for sharing. Great stuff! God bless

How I understood it was you should strive to become the leader you would want to be lead by. If you want to be lead by someone who is self-disciplined, bold, and compassionate; work on those things FIRST in your own life. If you don't show compassion to people, how are you going to LEAD other people to show compassion? A leader leads and a follower follows. If a leader goes right, the follower will go right. But, if you're going left and tell your follower to go right, you're no longer leading them, you're abandoning them.

Thanks 🌷 Very helpful. 🌝 Is not funny to dishonor people in front of an audience with smart remarks. People are learning from you to lead, as well as to show respect or dishonor. Thank you for the presentation. 🌼
