Very informative! we are about to go on Carnival Panorama with our 16 month old, do you recall how many hours of under 2 play time they have at camp ocean each day where parents allow to play with their infant child in their play room? Thanks

The beach is free and you can get there by taxi boat or regular taxi! What part makes you nervous?

Can I ask what has been your favorite cruise so far? We have young kids and have only done the panorama, which we loved! We can't wait to cruise again but I I'm so bad at making decisions.

Carnival Panorama is a great ship!! We’ve sailed on it twice. We’ve been to Cabo 4x so we are wanting a different itinerary, but that itinerary is still fun! Caribbean itineraries are great, but we have sacrificed a newer ship for an older ship to do a specific itinerary like the ones on this playlist - Aruba and Curaçao. We really want to try the newer ships though!! I recommend looking at itineraries that include Grand Turk and/or Half Moon Cay, because those are such easy beach days in beautiful blue water.

If you left a ship and walked to Punda Love Hearts, Mambo Beach is technically in that direction, but it’s not a short walk.

We wanted to go to Mambo Beach as well, but we prioritized seeing Willemstad since our ship wasn’t in port very long. Depending on how many hours your ship is in port and how fast you do the walking portion, it might be doable. We were traveling with young children so nothing is fast, LOL!

LOL! Totally understand! It’s a whole new adventure! The good thing is you’ve been able to enjoy all the activities that come with cruising while not having to care for a young child! This time around, just take it easy, go with their flow and make memories! It’ll still be a great time! ❤️❤️

Similar to Amber Cove in that it has the pool, but it would be even better if there was beach access! 😭 That lifeguard was definitely a lifesaver! We wouldn’t have ever thought to move around chairs! Oh those charms!! 😂😂 That was so funny! Thank you for watching!!

The Taku Glacier Lodge is an awesome place to travel to, flying over 2 or 3 glaciers by Sea plane, then having a fresh Salmon lunch with some 'amazing' black beans. Cruised along the 'Inside Passage' on the Celebrity Millennium in 2012.

I live in Juneau AK And I have a cabin up the taku river and go there every weekend in the spring,summer and,fall and go moose hunting up there. I love it and think of it as my second home.

I thought I had commented on your video before! EGADS! We are sailing in 2 days on the Horizon. We haven't sailed on Carnival in almost 20 years due to some bad issues that we experienced before. We are sailing with friends this time and this was their choice. Hoping we have as much fun as you and your family did. Such a lovely family you have! I have yet to do a cruise where we have to fly into a port with our baby and very curious to know if you flew in with two car seats and two strollers. If so, where did you store it in your room? Perhaps, you found a work around to avoid doing that?

We brought our front/back double stroller, gate checked it at the airport and then stored it under our bed during the cruise. We did not bring car seats as we used public transportation to get around Miami and then used MJS Transportation for shuttle services back to the airport.

how did you find the experience of pushing around a larger stroller? I'm debating between using my full size one which will be better for napping, or shelling out money for an umbrella one.... any thoughts/insights? (baby will be 10 months at cruise-date)

Pushing a stroller around the ship on Embarkation day is not fun! We actually try to avoid using a stroller around the ship at all times, except for when we are heading off in port. I recommend looking for a compact stroller (one that reclines, has under storage space and is less than 22 inches wide so it can fit through your cabin door). Find one that you will use for the next 2-3 years, not just for the cruise.
