you do t need this much tape if you have K tape the tention should be enough

My husband wants pain relief in that location. Does taping help with this? (Just in case I’m going to try it anyway) but confirmation would also help 😁

Hi Varsity athlete here. To answer your question yes it helps. But I would only do it on the side that hurts. It's alleviate pain and use the other muscles to keep the side from hurting

Wear a real ankle brace so you can bring it on water, then let it dry.

@@egganbert Sorry, I forgot to reply. The treatment of physical therapists in Korea is not good.Physicist is used as a slave to a doctor and then abandoned.
