Thank you so much for another beautiful video. I am looking forward to trying the crockpot potato soup. I think when I add the cream cheese I’m going to add a diced up ham steak; I think that would be yummy. I can't wait to try the potato soup recipe - it looks delicious! I would love to know more about your journaling. I am on my 5th year of using a Hobonichi Cousin. I tried something else at one time for a month or two and had to come back to my Hobonichi Cousin! Thx for sharing all your good ideas/recipes/planning, etc with all of us Mickey.

I find it very enjoyable the way you have your core pieces of decor and often use them. Always with a touch of your new finds, just the right mix. Your little peg board is so fun and the little typewritter well is that you or what. So cute. Can't wait to have the chance to follow your kitchen redo.

This looks scrumptious I’ve only used the no bake lasagne noodles a few times and they’ve always come out mushy. Any tips? I had a neighbor who was straight from Italy. She gave me a tip with the noodles to place the first layer of noodles across the short side of the pan. The next layer would go lengthwise then fold the ends of the noodles from the first layer over this layer of noodles. Repeat their process for the remaining layers. I always make my lasagne this way. Her rationale was it holds everything together better. This of course is with the regular lasagne noodles which she said boil only 3 minutes.

I’ve always used ricotta in my lasagna. I made one for a friend that had a baby a while back & her husband loved it so much that he had her ask me the recipe. When I told her what was in it she was surprised & said her husband doesn’t like ricotta! Haha, it’s the best though!

Looks good for a vegetarian lasagna but my family would not eat it without meat.

I have always used cottage cheese, but at Christmas I used ricotta and you are 100% correct in the flavor! I will never go back to cottage cheese again.
