👍👍 let's say a person have the same motor that you had. How much would it cost them to build it or for you to do it? With 500 or 600 horsepower with the parts and labor. 06-05-24@4:25pm

Love watching the younger generations building a car the old school way. This is the way it was done back in the day, with no cameras to prove it. Nice job. Keep the old ones alive!!!

No wonder insurance companies are so quick to total them out. They can rebuild and resell them for higher prices.

For those that want to skip all the unnecessary BS.....just strip the accessories, install your new cam, lifters and oil pump. Install perfectly good from the junkyard LS and beat the $hyt out of it. No need for all this Jazz
@Liquidsteel37 күн бұрын
I would do piston rings. All of have issues with the oil rings seizing up. And replace inner oil seals.

Dude I found a complete 2001 Silverado with a lq4/4l80/4.10heaes/4x4 with 287k miles that I would LOVE to swap into my Jeep, my question is : should I be afraid of the milage? And it does have a either some lifter noise or some piston slap that seems to go away after couple minutes. Should I buy it for my swap?

So why can't you use a code scanner at copart?
@bbbbbbbb1942Ай бұрын
a) because then you'd know what's actually wrong with it, and/or b) they don't want to be accused of clearing codes. probably a. i'm just guessing.

But so when we’re u monetized? I feel that makes a big deal as well if you were already monotones before the video it would be an actual million views but u got monetized during the videos lifetime.

Had the heads and block decked, bored, honed, cleaned, crank polished, guides replaced, cam bearings installed, valve job, and rotating assembly balanced. Get the book how to rebuild LS engines, it was very helpful for us
